I have been shooting and messing around with glocks for about 15 years.
I am a basement gunsmith. I take my guns to the professionals for the heavy work.
I have been playing with the idea of modifying glocks to different configurations since I was 26 and tried to put my dad’s g22 slide on my g23 to see if it would work. It didn’t but it started me thinking.
Glocks are modular by design. They share many common parts. This would tend to make modification to cross breed them less complicated than say combining two guns from any other brand’s family of models.
So here I am trying to figure out why glock does not offer this model with that feature, if I can’t see a reason then I try to figure out how to do it.
