As I said, it was a great time. The weather was hot, but sunny and beautiful.
This first video is of a stage where all the shots are taken through three barrels – pretty straight forward.
The next stage was very cool; there were swinging targets and reactive steel targets. There were close targets and 50 yard targets. There were mandatory transitions from rifle to pistol and back to rifle. It was the most diverse set of challenges I have faced yet. The Stage starts with climbing a “rooftop” and shooting over it at steel targets 50 yards away, then climbing down and moving through the baracades. As usual my gun didn’t run right. (I have since found the problem – it runs 99 percent now) You can see in the video ( I’m the guy with “HandgunJoe.com written on his back ) that i give up totally about half way through and just finish the stage with my pistol. Those poppers are 50 yards away!
